Dear Joe, I would like to convey my thanks to SH project manager Mr Kumar, foreman Mr Hossain Ali and your team of electrical workers who has responded to the recent damaged power cable incident at my school. Mr Kumar and Mr Ali have responded quickly and were thorough in their assessment that the damaged cable was due to the incoming feed from powergrid transformer room. Both of them were here from the onset of the incident till the replacement cables were connected and the system up again the next morning at 4.15am. Thank you SH for responding positively to this incident as always.

Hi Mr. Dorman, once again I would like to thank Mr Kannan and his team for doing an excellent job serving our school in year 2018. This is the third year I wrote to praise him and his team because they continued to provide good service to our school in the year of 2017. SH Integrated Services Pte Ltd is a vendor that was engaged by the Public Utilities Board (PUB) from 2016 to 2018 as part of a minor works contract. During this time, and in my capacity as a Safety Officer with PUB, I have had the absolute pleasure of knowing and working with one of the vendor’s workers, HOSSAIN BELAYET. Within the duration of our working relationship, Belayet demonstrated utmost professionalism by executing duties and tasks assigned to him with utmost dedication and care. Thank you SH.

Dear Joe, I would like to inform SH that you have sent in a good team led by project in-charge, Yok Heng in EV. Now that our M&E and building works are both handled by the same in-charge, this made our requests execution more reliable and fast. Yok Heng is also someone who will continually do his best to resolve our problems. Hope SH and Yok Heng can continue to support and work seamlessly with us.

Dear Joe and Dorman, I am writing to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Mr. Rajiv and his team (especially Mr Palani, Mr Madhavan) for all the support and cooperation in ensuring the various M&E projects and works are carried out successfully this year. In particular, we are pleased that the recent air-con installation in the school was done expeditiously and in time for our Secondary 1 registration day.

You have a good team under the capable leadership of Mr. Rajiv. He always responds to our school’s needs with care and diligence.
