JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / A&A Works
- To lead a team of supervisors & skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement
- Liaise and hold meetings with clients, Managing Agent & Sub contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered
- Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), project & facilities management, building services engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent or equivalent.
- Diploma holders with relevant facilities management, M&E experience are also welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of M&E coordination
- Electrical and ACMV design capability would be an added advantage
- Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
- Must possess class 3 driving licence
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contract, Project & Filing management, preparation of purchase order, variations & final accounts and generation of cost control and reports
- General administration support to project team and assisting the project manager in working out the quantities for variations and progress claims
- Prepare monthly progress claim, vet/recommend and prepare clients’ payment certificate for management approval
- Act as second point of contact (client-servicing) on behalf of project engineers for enquiries from external stakeholders pertaining to projects & term contracts
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum “O” Level, diploma is a plus.
- Fresh diploma graduates are welcomed.
- Outgoing with good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills for engaging with both internal and external parties to support project-related activities.
- Able to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
- Computer-literate & basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Able to commence work in a short notice period.

- Troubleshooting and repair works for air conditioning system (Single Split, Multi Split & VRV)
- Installation of air conditioning system
- On-site maintenance of Air-con and MV system
- Preparation of service reports
- Attending urgent calls during & after office hours
- Any duties as assigned by supervisor

- Minimum 5 years hand-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works in ACMV system
- Must have knowledge of Air-con DX system and Chilled water system.
- Basic maintenance knowledge of Chiller system and cooling tower.
- Valid class 3 driving licence is preferred.
- Working location: Island-wide Singapore
- Working hrs: Monday to Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

This work-learn diploma programme equips graduates with the skills and knowledge in supervising, coordinating, inspecting as well astesting and commissioning of M&E works in buildings. Additionally, it gives fresh ITE students a head-start in careers as a trainee M&E and building facilities coordinator, at the same time provide them with an opportunity to build on their skills and knowledge acquired in school for better transition into the industry.
