Our Company

SH Integrated Services is a L6 full-fledged building contractor and licensed builder specialized in integrated building services that covers maintenance of M&E systems, water supply and sanitary systems, building works and lightning protection systems. It has consistently delivered on-time and on-budget – prominent projects for the Ministry of Education (MOE), National Parks (NParks), the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI), the National Heritage Board (NHB) and People’s Association (PA). As a trusted name among main contractors, it is also involved in the maintenance of M&E services in ICES, Jurong Island and A-Star, Biopolis.

History & Milestone

Historical milestones and a variety of achievements characterize our company’s journey: from a contractor company carrying out one service to who we are today

November 2005

SH Integrated was incorporated on 23 November 2005 in Singapore.
July 2006

We obtained our first project for educational institutions in Singapore involving subcontracting works for M&E maintenance services.
March 2011

We obtained our first contract from the Singapore Government ministry responsible for communications and arts, as a main contractor for M&E maintenance services.
October 2011

We obtained our first contract from the Singapore Government statutory board responsible for national parks, as a main contractor for integrated building services, including M&E maintenance services.
June 2013

We first obtained ISO 14001:2004 certification for conformance to ISO 14001:2004 requirements for our installation and maintenance of M&E services and general building construction.
June 2019
